Two years ago I think.... my brother brought home a dog. His name is Phi short for Phoenix...why? because.. the owner wasn't a great owner. According to my brother, he was left outside 24/7, being fed scraps, no baths:'( thinking about it, I just want to cry. His fur/hair whatever it is>< was all black grey the dirty colour. When Kylie and Peter took him for a bath it took forever. After a while, Phi was all white and FRESH! I still remember him walking around the house with a clueless face. But thanks to Peter Phi has a new life with a loving family:)
